OUR MISSION
To assist residents of our communities in achieving financial well-being through counseling, education and debt management plans.

WHO WE ARE
Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Fayetteville (CCCS) is a non-profit service and a member of the National Foundation for Consumer Credit (NFCC). We are accredited by the Council on Accreditation for Children and Family Services and certified by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to provide comprehensive Housing Counseling services. We have provided quality services to our community for almost 30 years.
We are based in Fayetteville, North Carolina, with locations on 316 Green Street and at the Pentagon Federal Credit Union on Skibo Road. We also have branch offices in Goldsboro, Havelock, Jacksonville, Kinston, Lumberton, New Bern, Sanford, Smithfield, Southern Pines, and Wilmington. We also serve people nationwide by telephone, e-mail, and on-line counseling.

Our educational workshops
for first-time homebuyers prepare participants for future financial responsibilities.
Various types of credit and budget management courses are also available.
