{What We Do}
Cumberland Community Action Program, Inc. was established in 1964 as a non-profit provider of services.
The agency is accredited by the Council on Accreditation for Children and Family Services. Accreditation is recognition of the agency's achievement in providing high quality services.
CCAP currently has the following programs:- Head Start
- Consumer Credit Counseling Service
- Self-Sufficiency Programs
- Housing Programs
- Second Harvest Food Bank
