CCAP, Inc. works to provide affordable home ownership and rental assisted living for eligible participants. To date Cumberland
Community Action Program, Inc. has built 37 houses in partnership with Fayetteville Area Habitat for Humanity. In 2006, 7 families moved into Habitat for Humanity homes funded in part by CCAP, Inc.

In addition, Cumberland Community Action Program, Inc. manages 5 low cost rental units for income eligible residents in the Fayetteville area.
